1. TO ENTER the “Happy eRenovating” contest (the “Contest”) simply visit the web site located at eRenovate.com, click on the Contest page and complete and submit your entry by following the instructions found at the site. All entries must include your first and last name, city of residence, postal code and a verified e-mail address. Entrants must respect the following limits, otherwise they may be disqualified. There is a limit of one (1) entry per verified email address during the Contest Period. At any time during the Contest Period, entrants may not use more than one (1) single email address to enter the Contest, even if they have more than one email address. Contest starts at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Wednesday, February 20th, 2008 and closes on Monday, April 14th, 2008 at 10:00:00 a.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). There are ten (10) grand prizes (each a “Grand Prize”) to be won... Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per household. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2. The contest sponsor is: eRenovate Inc (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Sponsor”).

3. To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, and must have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of the Contest Sponsor, its agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter.

4. Grand Prizes: There are ten (10) Grand Prizes consisting of either a Travel America travel coupon for a trip for two (2) to Cancun, Mexico or Las Vegas, Nevada or Carnival Cruise Line Cruise or a $500 discount on an AGL Artificial Grass Installation. Cancun, Mexico Trip includes: five (5) days, four (4) nights deluxe accommodation (based on one room, double occupancy) as chosen by the Contest Sponsor (subject to availability). Las Vegas, Nevada Trip includes: three (3) days, two (2) nights economy class return airfare and deluxe accommodation (based on one room, double occupancy) as chosen by the Contest Sponsor (subject to availability). Carnival Cruise Line Cruise Trip includes: five (5) days, four (4) nights cruise (based on one room, double occupancy) as chosen by the Contest Sponsor (subject to availability). Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, registration and booking fees, return airfare (if not expressly included in the Prize), applicable taxes, trip cancellation and medical insurance, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, non included meals and beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Hotel accommodation is subject to change and availability without notice or compensation. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originates and terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas if applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion must be able to travel at the times and dates as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion failing which the Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates are Friday, March 7, 2008 to Friday, March 5, 2010. It is recommended that the Prize winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Approximate retail value of each Prize is One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00 CDN). No compensation will be paid nor can any be claimed to this effect if the Prize value is inferior.

5. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prizes in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prizes are unavailable. No change in travel arrangements can be made by the winner once the booking has been confirmed. The Prizes may not be used towards any type of frequent flyer mileage, or other reward point accumulation program.

6. From Monday, March 3, 2008 to Monday, April 14, 2008, one Grand Prize random draw will take place each Monday at approximately 10:00 am ET at eRenovate Inc., Toronto, Ontario, from among all eligible entries received from 10:00 a.m. ET on February 20, 2008 to 10:00 a.m. ET on the day of each random Grand Prize draw. The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received before each daily draw held during the Contest Period. eRenovate Inc., acting reasonably, will attempt to contact potential winner, by email within five (5) business days after the draw in the case of a Grand Prize. In the event the potential winner cannot be contacted within the specified timeframe, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be drawn, if time permits. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. In order to be declared a winner, potential winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered by eRenovate Inc. Before being awarded a Prize, potential winner and potential winner’s travelling companion (or the parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor travelling companion), as applicable, will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Contest Sponsor, a full release and indemnity form stating that he/she has read and understood these official rules and regulations (“Rules”), grants all consents required, authorizes the Contest Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner and/or travelling companions, beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsor from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner’s and/or travelling companion’s, participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. The persons selected for a Grand Prize acknowledge that from the moment the Prize is received by the winner and/or his/her travelling companion, the fulfillment of prize-related obligations becomes the sole and exclusive responsibility of the various service suppliers. A statement to such effect will be included in the release and indemnity form. In the event that the potential winner and/or the travelling companion, as applicable, do not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Rules, the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify potential winner and/or travelling companions, and if time permits, draw an alternate potential winner and/or request the winner to select another travelling companion and the Contest Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner and travelling companion, if applicable, shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner and travelling companion has/have been duly selected.

7. It is the responsibility of every person taking part in the trip to take appropriate travel-insurance at their own expense. Without limiting the general content of the sections above, the Contest Sponsor will not, in any case, be held liable for any medical expenses or other expenses usually covered by such insurance. A declaration to that effect will be included in the release and indemnity form.

9. The Contest Sponsor recommends that the winners as well as their travelling companion possess a valid passport and any other required travel document at the time of the trip. Should a person be refused entry in a country or if that person is not able to participate in the trip for whatever reasons, no compensation will be provided. The Contest Sponsor will not supply any document in order to assist in the procurement of the required travel documents, except when these documents need to be prepared in a shorter time period than the normal one in the case where the date of the trip is earlier than planned. A declaration to that effect will be included in the release and indemnity form.

10. By entering this Contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest.

11. Entry forms are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsor. Any entry form which is, as the case may be, incomplete, fraudulent, submitted late or otherwise noncompliant may be rejected and will not entitle the entrant to be entered in the Contest or to win a prize. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor which assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into except as provided for in the present Rules or at the Contest Sponsor’s initiative. The Contest Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsor, in its sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its/their control, the Contest Sponsor reserves its right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest including canceling any method of entry, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries, if necessary. The Contest Sponsor reserves its right to modify the Rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof. The Contest Sponsor reserve its right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. The Contest Sponsor in their sole discretion, further reserves its right to terminate the Contest and conduct the drawing from all on-line entries previously received during the Contest Period. Any attempts to deliberately damage the Contest web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made the Contest Sponsor reserves its right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law. The Contest Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest including any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this Contest or from downloading any material from the Contest web site, where applicable.

12. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age, email address and home address) by the Contest Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest and subject to the Contest Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Contest Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Contest. Any inquiry concerning the personal information held by the Contest Sponsor should be addressed to eRenovate Inc. at 134 Peter Street, Suite 300, M5V 2H2.

13. For the purposes of these Rules, the entrant is the person whose personal information appears on the entry form. It is to this person to whom the mathematical skill-testing question will be submitted and to whom the prize will be awarded if he/she is selected and declared a winner.

14. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

15. If a section of the Rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that section shall be considered invalid, but all unaffected sections will be applied within the limits of the law.
