We are looking into remodeling our kitchen, by using the atached carport that shares the roofline of the house, my question is does this idea, lend itself to the thought of also building up as well. The house is currently a thirteen hundred foot three bedroom rancher, that has a typical "L" shape layout to it. We have a two bedroom one bathroom house and were going to turn an extra "playroom"into a masterbedroom and bathroom.The renovation will not change the exterior of the house.
