Tom founded eRenovate.com in 2004 after enjoying successes starting and operating 4 other media companies. As the “Chief eRenovator”, Tom keeps the company focused on preventing homeowner headaches and attracting equally passionate eRenovators to the team.

Carl Mascarenhas
Carl joined eRenovate.com in November 2006 to move it to the ‘top of mind’ with Canadian homeowners. Considering that there are 11.5 million homeowners in Canada, Carl has a lot of work ahead of him, but his entrepreneurial D.N.A. and knack for developing consumer trust makes him our newest eRenovator.

Kate Jannetta
Kate was the first eRenovator to join the “Chief”. In the years since, Kate has become the operational quarterback of the team. Kate keeps the rest of the eRenovators coordinated and is directly responsible for eRenovate.com reaching the highest levels in homeowner and contractor satisfaction. eRenovate.com is definitely more likable with Kate on the team.

Geoffrey is the President and Group Publisher of Kontent Publishing, which he co-founded in 2002. Kontent Publishing is a privately held developer, incubator and publisher of consumer magazines (entertainment, celebrity, fashion and pop culture), such as Inside Entertainment www.insideeonline.com and Fashion Quarterly (FQ) magazine. He has unrivalled experience and influence in the Canadian media industry and helps eRenovate navigate the waters. Most importantly, Geoffrey’s ebullient personality makes each eRenovator all the more charming.

Beverly Topping
Beverly Topping is President and CEO of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) www.icd.ca. In her position, Beverly has made every effort to advance the profession of director and to raise the profile of women on boards. Beverly is the founder of Today’s Parent Magazine, and developed a multi-media company, which she sold to Rogers Media in 2000. Her entrepreneurial experience keeps the rest of the eRenovators nimble and responsive to the changing needs of homeowners throughout Canada. Today, Beverly serves as a Director for the Institute of Child Study, the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation, and the Toronto International Film Festival Group.

Dmitry Buterin
Dmitry is the co-founder of BonaSource, a usability consulting and custom web applications development company that has over 1 million people using its solutions and counts Microsoft as one of its satisfied clients. He helps us put the “e” in eRenovate.com so that we can connect with homeowners across Canada and provide them an impeccable online experience. Dmitry is a board member of the Association of Internet Marketing and Sales and President of the Toronto Interacts - Usability Professionals Community. Bill Gates told us that Dmitry is an eRenovator!

Lou Frustaglio
Trained as a builder, Lou Frustaglio is the President of Dreambuilders (2004) Ltd., a construction and renovation firm that has provided award winning renovation services to the Greater Toronto Area for the past 35 years. Lou is the current Chairman of the Renovator's Council of the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) and actively raising the standards in quality and professionalism in the residential renovation industry. He has held past chairs of the Ontario Renovator's Council and the Greater Toronto Home Builder's Association (GTHBA) Renovation Council.
